清明節(jié)的習(xí)俗除了注重禁火、掃墓外，還包括搖擺、踩踏和植樹(shù)等一系列傳統(tǒng)體育活動(dòng)。
1、搖擺：這是中國(guó)古代清明節(jié)的習(xí)俗。擺動(dòng)，這意味著拉繩子和移動(dòng)。它的歷史很悠久，最早被稱為千秋，后來(lái)為了避諱而改為秋千。

2、踩踏：也叫春游。古時(shí)稱之為“春尋”、“春尋”等，清朝4月，春回大地，自然世界充滿生機(jī)。現(xiàn)在是郊游的好時(shí)機(jī)。中國(guó)人一直保持著清清的習(xí)慣。
