早上吃的好是說早餐是最重要的一餐,品種要多而雜.如:牛奶,燕麥,面包,蛋類外加一個水果或一杯果汁,粥,米飯,菜,肉類,蛋類加水果,另外,面條,餛飩,黑芝麻糊等都是營養(yǎng)易消化的食物,早餐吃最好.另注,喝牛奶后要隔半個小時在吃橘子.
中午要吃的飽是因為勞累了一上午,而下午還要繼續(xù),因此,中餐一定要吃飽.在吃中餐前半個小時最好吃一個蘋果.
晚餐要吃的少主要是晚餐過后,基本不運動,長時間如此,身體會生病,而且如果要節(jié)食減肥,最好的就是節(jié)晚餐.可以少吃點,或以水果代替.就餐前先喝湯類或者粥類,產(chǎn)生腹?jié)q感,吃的就會少.
飲食習(xí)慣不同怎么解決？
如果有特殊習(xí)慣或比較挑剔的,可以自己準備一些備用食品。到了那里其實只有你遷就它;但也不能挨餓。
個人認為,如果出去旅游,當然有很多事情以自己居住的城市不一樣,飲食也不例外,不遠千里至此,就是為了體驗不同的風(fēng)俗與習(xí)慣,勇于嘗試和接受,才能使旅游充滿樂趣。
