俗話(huà)說(shuō):早上吃的好,中午吃的飽,晚上吃的少.這是最好的飲食習慣.
早上吃的好是說(shuō)早餐是最重要的一餐,品種要多而雜.如:牛奶,燕麥,面包,蛋類(lèi)外加一個(gè)水果或一杯果汁,粥,米飯,菜,肉類(lèi),蛋類(lèi)加水果,另外,面條,餛飩,黑芝麻糊等都是營(yíng)養易消化的食物,早餐吃最好.另注,喝牛奶后要隔半個(gè)小時(shí)在吃橘子.
中午要吃的飽是因為勞累了一上午,而下午還要繼續,因此,中餐一定要吃飽.在吃中餐前半個(gè)小時(shí)最好吃一個(gè)蘋(píng)果.
晚餐要吃的少主要是晚餐過(guò)后,基本不運動(dòng),長(cháng)時(shí)間如此,身體會(huì )生病,而且如果要節食減肥,最好的就是節晚餐.可以少吃點(diǎn),或以水果代替.就餐前先喝湯類(lèi)或者粥類(lèi),產(chǎn)生腹漲感,吃的就會(huì )少.
飲食習慣不同怎么解決？
如果有特殊習慣或比較挑剔的,可以自己準備一些備用食品。到了那里其實(shí)只有你遷就它;但也不能挨餓。
